absolutely not impressed, the absence of an elevator was a total disaster. expected much better, especially for the price paid. Breakfast? Just a voucher to a random cafe, hardly luxurious! I almost gave a good review, just couldn’t after realizing I didn’t get that room upgrade I was clearly entitled to!

Just a heads-up, there's no elevator, so be prepared to take the stairs, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all! 😊
